Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy: Use of CookiesCookies are used to identify you when you access our site, whether you were referred by a friend to store your shopping cart, and to build up a demographic profile and better serve your interests. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enables the server to collect information back from the browser. Transaction SecurityBouncy Bugs is provided with 256 bit SSL technology from GoDaddySSL. Financial information is securely transferred and protected by PayPal’s Verisign Payflow Pro Gateway Service (formerly VeriSign Payflow Pro) to authorize and collect payment on credit card orders. We accept credit card payments without having to store or secure this sensitive data. BouncyBugs does not store the credit card numbers that a customer enters, but immediately removes them from memory after processing them through the gateway service when the customer clicks Place Order. After the user clicks Place Order, the system checks to authorize the order amount to be held on their card, and later to be collected when the order is shipped. This often shows up as an extra pending charge on the credit card, and is later voided after the credit card is charged. ShippingShipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Your order will be shipped through UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS at our discretion. A shipping chart is located below. (We reserve the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Hawaii & Alaska: Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska have an additional $15.00 fee. Unclaimed and Refused Shipments Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Bouncy Bugs will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the restocking fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the restocking fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to Bouncy Bugs error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to Bouncy Bugs will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California. This is due to the fact that our business is based in South Lake Tahoe, California. All other states and countries are tax-exempt. Accepted Payment Methods Return/Replacement Policy You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Returns are also subject to a 10% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 10 days of receipt of your order. Bouncy Bugs will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of Bouncy Bugs, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information Bouncy Bugs received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted. Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from www.bouncybugs.com or Bouncy Bugs affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, Bouncy Bugs will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim. Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. Bouncy Bugs will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments. Non-resalable: Items such as food products, apparel, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable Cameras are not returnable. Return requests submitted after the event date will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after the event date will not be accepted as returned. Unclaimed and Refused Shipments: Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Bouncy Bugs will be assessed a 20% return fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the return fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the return fee. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. Bouncy Bugs reserves the right to deny any return. How to Return an Item: To return an item, you must contact us at returns@daisy-days.com or submit our return form within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Please clearly mark this RAC number on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAC number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive from anywhere in the country. Items that have been issued an Return Authorization Code must be sent to: Bouncy Bugs Any packages sent to Bouncy Bugs without the RAC number clearly marked on the package, or more than ten (10) days after RAC number was issued, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the sender's expense and another RAC will have to be issued. Return shipping costs are not refundable. Discontinued Products Chargeback and Returned Checks In the event of a returned check the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the involved financial institutions.
